When you place an order, you will receive an email confirming the reception of your order. (This does not constitute an acceptance of this order.)
At the same time, the vendor is notified of your order, and prepares the goods for delivery or in-store pickup.
Unless you cancel it, acceptance and completion of your order will be confirmed by email when the goods have been dispatched.
The vendor reserves the right not to accept your order in the event, for example, that they are unable to obtain authorization for payment, that shipping restrictions apply to a particular item, that the item ordered is out of stock or does not satisfy our quality control standards and is withdrawn.
All prices on the website are given in Euro and all payments must be made in Euro.
All prices quoted are inclusive of VAT and exclusive of delivery charges.
We currently accept payments by Visa, MasterCard, PayPal and Bancontact.
All payments are processed by the third-party payment processing companies Stripe or Paypal to guarantee security.

Youtic does not store or process your credit card details.
Orders are shipped by Bpost for Belgium, The Netherlands and Luxembourg.
Orders are shipped by UPS for the rest of the world.
Orders will be processed Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.
You will receive confirmation by email when goods are shipped.
Please note that the delivery charges do not include import costs that may be due when the package reaches the country of destination.
Goods will be dispatched on regular working days, Monday to Friday.
We are happy to offer shipping in Europe on any order of 100€ or over.
Many of our partner merchants have a physical location.
If you live nearby the vendor's location, you can select the "in-store pickup" option.
The order will then be ready for pick up on the following weekday.
You have 7 days to collect the order before it is returned to the warehouse.
Please mention your name and order number when picking up your goods, to help the vendor identify the correct order.
If you are not fully happy with the goods you have received, you can return them to the vendor within 14 days of receipt, provided that they are in original resalable condition.
Once returned you will be entitled to receive a refund, which will not include the cost of the original postage.
We are not able to refund or exchange items that appear to have been worn, washed, or are not in original condition.
How to? Click on the “profile” icon on the top right corner of Youtic.com, enter your order ID in the field “Track my order” and you will receive a link in your mailbox. Click on this link to reach the order, then click on “request a replacement or a refund” button in the window top right corner and select the item that you are returning.
If you wish to do so, you can specify the reason for the return, provide comments and other related information. Both Youtic and the vendor will be notified about the return.
Please make sure all returned items are well
packaged, as not to be damaged in the post.
Please make sure all return packages are sent with a traceable, insured service, as we cannot take responsibility for items damaged or lost in the return transit.
